Periyasamy Industriess is an aerospace component manufacturer in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, delivering precision CNC machining and fabrication for India's space and aerospace programmes. From our AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015-certified, 35,000 sq.ft facility in Neelambur, we machine and assemble flight-critical, human-rated hardware to zero-defect standards.
Our 5-axis CNC machining capability produces complex aerospace geometries — heat-shield shoulder rings and central domes, grid fins, thrust-frame assemblies, nozzle throat and flex-seal components and stage-separation hardware — often complete in a single set-up. We have supplied ISRO's Gaganyaan crew-module programme, PSLV, GSLV MkIII (LVM3) and SSLV launch vehicles, S200 solid-booster hardware and semi-cryogenic engine assemblies, working with organisations including VSSC, IPRC, HAL, BrahMos, L&T and Skyroot Aerospace.
We machine large-diameter, heavy components up to 20 tonnes, 3.5 m in diameter and 3.0 m in height, in demanding aerospace materials — titanium (Ti-6Al-4V ELI), nickel and Inconel superalloys, 15CDV6, austenitic and stainless steels and AA2014 aluminium — with every part fully inspected in-house on a portable CMM.
