Periyasamy Industriess laid its foundation in 2017 and is spread over an area of 35,000 sq.ft. The machine shop carries a massive machinery setup for the machining of heavy and complex components — supported by high-capacity material handling and in-house measuring and testing.
Machining Envelope
The shop machines heavy and complex components up to 15 Ton maximum weight, 3.5 m in diameter and 3.0 m in height.
An extensive fleet handles milling, turning, boring and drilling of demanding parts end to end.
Material Handling
Over-head cranes, a mobile crane and forklifts move weighty components safely across the plant.

Quality & Metrology

High-precision measuring instruments confirm critical tolerances before dispatch.
A set of gauges provides fast, repeatable checks for consistent production quality.
