Welding Capacity

Six alloy families, welded to aerospace integrity

Our welders qualify to demanding aerospace and structural standards, producing sound, defect-free joints across nickel superalloys, titanium and a full range of steels and aluminium — every weld backed by traceable procedures and inspection.

Inconel

Nickel Superalloys

High-temperature, high-integrity welding of Inconel and other nickel-based superalloys for hot-section hardware such as combustion liners, exhaust frames and turbine components. Controlled heat input and matched filler metallurgy preserve creep and oxidation resistance where service temperatures are extreme.

Titanium

Ti-6Al-4V & Alloys

Inert-gas and controlled-atmosphere welding of aerospace-grade titanium including Ti-6Al-4V. Full argon shielding and trailing-gas coverage keep the weld and heat-affected zone free from oxygen and nitrogen pickup, producing bright, ductile joints for lightweight structural and propulsion assemblies.

Stainless Steel

Corrosion-Resistant

Corrosion-resistant welding of austenitic and martensitic stainless steels for pressure chambers, fluid systems and precision fabrications. Low-distortion techniques and clean, passivation-ready welds maintain leak-tight performance and long service life in aggressive environments.

Duplex Steels

High-Strength Duplex

Welding of duplex and super-duplex stainless steels that demand a balanced austenite-ferrite microstructure. Careful control of heat input and interpass temperature delivers the high strength and pitting resistance these alloys are specified for in demanding structural and corrosive-service applications.

Aluminium Alloy

Lightweight Structures

Welding of aerospace aluminium structures, rings and fabrications using AC inert-gas processes with rigorous pre-weld cleaning to eliminate oxide and hydrogen porosity. The result is sound, lightweight joints for structural frames and rolled-ring assemblies where weight and integrity both matter.

Carbon Steels

Structural & Tooling

Structural welding of carbon and low-alloy steels for fixtures, jigs, tooling and heavy assemblies. Robust, high-deposition procedures build strong, dependable joints on load-bearing weldments and the ground support equipment that underpins our machining and assembly operations.

Special Processes

Completing the part, not just the weld

From structural assembly through metallurgical treatment, testing and protective finishing, our special processes take a machined component all the way to a certified, service-ready deliverable — with full traceability at every step.

Structural Assemblies

Welding of thrust-frame and structural assemblies, joining machined details into rigid, load-bearing weldments that meet aerospace dimensional and integrity requirements.

Heat Treatment

Controlled thermal cycles develop the target hardness and stress state, managed through a defined hardening, sub-zero and tempering sequence.

NDT & Testing

Non-destructive and mechanical verification — Radiography (RT) and Dye-Penetrant (DP) inspection to reveal internal and surface flaws, with Tensile testing to confirm joint strength.

Passivation

Chemical passivation restores and enhances the corrosion-resistant oxide layer on stainless components, removing free iron and leaving a clean, durable, corrosion-resistant surface.

Hard Teflon Coating

Hard-Teflon (PTFE) coating applies a low-friction, wear- and chemical-resistant surface, protecting critical components and improving release and durability in demanding operating conditions.

Zero-Defect & Traceability

An AS9100D-aligned, zero-defect culture governs every operation, with material traceability and documented records that follow each component from raw stock to final delivery.
