Each alloy and polymer we machine carries its own metallurgical
character — heat resistance, weight, ductility, conductivity. We match
proven tooling strategies, feeds and speeds to every one, holding tight
tolerances on parts destined for engines, launch vehicles and heavy
industry.

Superalloys
Nickel & Nickel Superalloys
Including Inconel grades, these superalloys retain exceptional strength
and resist oxidation and corrosion at extreme temperatures. They are the
go-to metallurgy for hot-section engine hardware, combustion chambers and
components that must hold their integrity where ordinary steels fail.

Lightweight
Titanium (Ti-6Al-4V, Ti-6Al-4V ELI)
Prized for an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and outstanding
corrosion resistance, titanium alloys are ideal where mass is critical
yet strength cannot be compromised. We machine them into grid fins,
suspension rings and lightweight aerospace structures.

Tough & Stable
Austenitic Steels
With a face-centred cubic structure, austenitic steels offer excellent
toughness and corrosion resistance across a wide temperature band — from
cryogenic to elevated service. They remain non-magnetic and ductile,
making them dependable for fabricated assemblies and pressure-bearing parts.

Corrosion-Resistant
Stainless Steels (AISI 304 / 304L)
Chromium-rich stainless grades deliver reliable corrosion resistance and
clean, weldable surfaces. The low-carbon 304L variant guards against
sensitisation in welded sections — well suited to thrust chambers,
fabricated assemblies and hygienic, high-purity applications.

Structural & Light
Aluminium Alloys (AA2014, AA6082, AA6351)
Lightweight and highly machinable, these aluminium alloys combine good
strength with excellent surface finish and thermal behaviour. We turn and
mill them into heat-shield domes, launch-vehicle rings and airframe
structures where every kilogram saved matters.

High Strength
Carbon Steels (SA516 Gr70, IS2062, EN24)
From pressure-vessel plate to hardenable EN24, carbon and alloy steels
provide dependable structural strength at economical cost. We machine them
for heavy fixtures, tooling, nozzle rings and load-bearing components that
demand rigidity and fatigue endurance.

Thermal Conductor
Copper Alloys
With outstanding thermal and electrical conductivity, copper alloys excel
wherever heat must be moved quickly and efficiently. We precision-machine
them for regeneratively cooled thrust chambers, heat-exchange elements and
high-conductivity electrical components.

Non-Metallic
PTFE (Teflon)
PTFE offers an ultra-low coefficient of friction, broad chemical inertness
and stable performance across temperature extremes — ideal for seals,
bushings, insulators and non-metallic components. We also apply hard-Teflon
coatings to enhance wear and release properties on machined parts.

Stiffness-to-Weight
Composites
Advanced fibre-reinforced composites deliver an exceptional
stiffness-to-weight ratio and tailorable directional strength. We machine
and trim them for motor casings, layup tooling and lightweight structural
assemblies where metallic solutions would carry a mass penalty.
